Presenting your business card to anyone is an excellent opportunity to leave a lasting first impression.

A metal card can definitely make a huge difference to this first presentation. Just imagine how it feels to meet someone and be shown a business metal card. Our cards are genuinely outstanding thanks to the sense of novelty and exclusivity they entail.

Our metal cards have the same size as standard business cards so yes, you can certainly keep your metal cards in a typical card holder. However, it is important to keep thickness in mind. Due to their weight, you might have to carry fewer cards in your wallet.

CARDS AND ETCHING

The following metals are available:

  • Stainless steel.
  • Brass.
  • Copper.
  • Black matte (galvanised stainless steel).
The standard size of our cards is 85.5 mm x 54.0 mm (3.3” x 2.1”), the same as any standard credit card.

We can also cut and re-size your card to any shape you prefer. We produce cards in a range of sizes and designs.

All our cards can be produced with the following thicknesses: 0,3 mm, 0,4 mm, 0,5 mm, 0,76 mm y 1mm.
Certainly! We can produce a whole range of coloured metal cards, in the same way we would work with plastic or paper cards. However, please note that the colour of the printed item will be affected by the type of material chosen.

For best and most impressive results, we strongly recommend keeping the original colour of the metal together with your desired etching and cutting.

Unlike plastic or paper cards, our metal business cards can be either laser or chemically etched and cut. Such production techniques allow us to produce bespoke and outstanding results that will certainly impress whoever you give the cards to.

In addition, metal cards can be added: numbering, barcode or QR, signature panel, magnetic stripe, chip, personal data and variable data.

Most of the characters we work with can be easily found on international keyboards but we cannot promise all of them will be available. Please, take a look at the samples we will send you in order to make sure all the fonts and characters are correct.
Yes. Our metal cards can be used for purposes when variable data is needed such as member, affiliation or identification cards, to name a few. We can include a whole range of personal data: names, sequential numbers, an address, phone numbers, barcodes, etc. Before placing your order, please write to us so that we can hear your specific needs.

ORDERS, PAYMENT AND SECURITY.

There is not a minimum order in LuxuriaCard, you can order the number of items you prefer. The larger the order, the cheaper the cost will be, though.
Before you make the payment, you will be asked to provide and attach a file with your design. We can work with files created on Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, EPS, JPG, PNG and PDF. Should you need to discuss anything related to your design, please do not hesitate to write to us.
Once you have checked the final production design, your order will be delivered within 12-15 working days. Depending on your shipping country, the final date might vary as a consequence of the delivery process itself. 

Placing an order with LuxuriaCard is as easy as following these steps:

  1. Request a quote with no obligation right here.
  2. If you are satisfied with it, send us your files to prepare the final artwork or Proof for approval.
  3. Once the proof is confirmed (please make sure every single detail is correct), we will prepare an invoice.
  4. As soon as we receive the payment, our production department will start manufacturing your cards.
  5. You will have your cards within the agreed deadline.
You can make your payment either by bank transfer or by credit card using Paypal (+5%). Once your invoice is generated, you will be given our bank account number.

The payment must be made upfront in order to guarantee the order.

Unfortunately, we do not currently accept these types of payment.
Our headquarters is located in Hong Kong so our prices are VAT and other taxes free.

DELIVERY

Depending on your shipment’s destination, we will send the cards through DHL, FedEx or UPS.
Certainly. Once the delivery starts, we will send you a delivery tracking code via email.
Most international deliveries take between 2 and 3 days to arrive at the shipment’s destination. This information will have to be confirmed, though.
All our items are sold based on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Therefore, customers from certain countries might have to pay customs or any other taxes. LuxuriaCard shall not be liable for charges made at customs. We strongly recommend our customers to ask for information about the different charges they will have to pay before placing an order.
LuxuriaCard can accept no responsibility for any of our items being seized by customs either.

REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your order, please write to us to explain the reason and we will make all the necessary arrangements as long as the following case is given: if defective work is found during the manufacturing process (our production team made a mistake or omitted something), we will etch and send the cards again with no additional cost to you.

If the mistake is found on the final artwork or proof that you confirmed before starting the process (please pay thorough attention to such file), we will be able to produce your cards again at production cost (no gross margin). You would then have to pay the additional cost of materials, manufacturing and shipping.
